I ran the first 800 meter in 4:01 seconds and the second in 4:23.  Unfortunately I sprinted the first time a little and this slowed down my other two times.  Also I think I came in third or first in the strides almost each time.

I got lost so then I ran around alot of the trails, going up to the U made of concrete with the lights, and the mountain across from that.  I was jogging the whole time and when I saw someone else come back I figured that they jogged as far and long as I did.

I have problems remembering directions at the Cottonwood course, so I fell behind and had to get directions, making me miss another mile that I know I could have done.
