I don't know how to calculate calories, because I'm sure that I burned some. Also I couldn't run with the group today so I just ran around Liberty Park once.

Around the wood chip path at Liberty is 1.45 miles.

I ran the first 800 meter in 4:01 seconds and the second in 4:23.  Unfortunately I sprinted the first time a little and this slowed down my other two times.  Also I think I came in third or first in the strides almost each time.

Need to record your mileage accurately so we know how much you ran for the day and week. For example today, I think you did the warm up lap around the park once = 1.5 miles, ran to the start and did strides= .75 miles, first 1/2 mile ran4:01=.50, than you ran to the next starting spot which gave you another .50, second 1/2 mile ran 4:23 =.50, then cooldown of 1.25 Total for the day is 5.00 miles not 2.00 miles you recorded. Good job for the day, fast strides mean you will have some good speed as you get more fit for running distance. Keep up the good work. It is going to be a fun year.

I got lost so then I ran around alot of the trails, going up to the U made of concrete with the lights, and the mountain across from that.  I was jogging the whole time and when I saw someone else come back I figured that they jogged as far and long as I did.

Good job, each workout you do makes you stronger. I am glad you chose to run on the team this year. You will be a top runner on the team in the years to come. Set little goals for yourself and go after them.

I have problems remembering directions at the Cottonwood course, so I fell behind and had to get directions, making me miss another mile that I know I could have done.

I ended up getting about 6.6 miles because I got last and added a half mile to the 4.2 miles we ran during the on and offs, then we ran the 1.9 for the cool down, then me and Chris ran 1.5 miles again cause he wanted to go to 10.
